TT Electronics plc - Director Declaration

Warren Tucker, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as Interim Chairman to the board of Tate & Lyle plc, with effect from 1 September 2023. Warren has been a Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee on the Board of Tate & Lyle plc since November 2018. Warren has agreed to act as Interim Chair until the recruitment process to appoint a new Chair has been completed.

This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules.
