Final Dividend

The board is proposing a final dividend of 7.1p per Ordinary Share for approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 16 May 2024. If approval is given this dividend will be payable on 22 May 2024 to holders on the register at the close of business on 19 April 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 18 April 2024. A Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is available for this dividend and the relevant Election Date is 3 May 2024.
