Intention to conduct audit tender
Landsec announces that it is commencing a tender process for the role of external auditor in line with the requirements of the UK Corporate Governance Code. The audit tender process will be overseen by the Audit Committee and is expected to conclude in the summer. A resolution proposing the selected firm will be put to shareholders at the 2023 Annual General Meeting and the selected firm will sign the 31 March 2024 accounts.
