Result of Audit Tender

Landsec announces that, following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by its Audit Committee, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") to continue as its external auditor to take effect from, and including, the financial year ending 31 March 2024. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2023.

The Board of Landsec confirms that EY are able to continue as auditor and are ensuring continued independence through partner rotation.
