Confirmation of first interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2024
Landsec today confirms that the first interim dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2024 will be 9.0 pence per Ordinary Share and will be paid on 6 October 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25 August 2023. The dividend will be paid entirely as a Property Income Distribution. The last date for DRIP elections is 15 September 2023.
