Bunzl plc today announces that Jean-Charles Pauze, who has served as a non-executive director since January 2013, will retire from the Board with effect from 31 December 2018.  His independent advice and wise counsel have been greatly appreciated and he leaves the Board with the Company's gratitude and best wishes.
