In accordance with rule 9.6.14 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that Peter Ventress, Chairman of the Board of directors of the Company, will step down as non-executive chairman of Galliford Try Holdings plc with effect from 15 September 2022. The Company further confirms that Peter has been appointed as a non-executive director and chairman designate of Howden Joinery Group Plc ("Howdens") with effect from 1 July 2022. He will succeed the incumbent non-executive chairman of Howdens on 17 September 2022.
