In accordance with rule 9.6.11 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that Maria Fernanda Mejía has stepped down from her role as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 2 February 2022 to take up a new external executive position. The Board would like to thank Maria Fernanda for her valuable contribution to the Company and wish her the best in her future endeavours.
A recruitment process for a new non-executive director is now underway and a further announcement will be released in due course.
