Bunzl plc - Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2022
Further to the announcement earlier today of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2022, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 45.4p per ordinary share will be paid on 4 July 2023 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 19 May 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 18 May 2023.
The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP"). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 5.00p.m. (UK time) on 13 June 2023.
