Bunzl plc - Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023
Further to the announcement earlier today of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2023, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 50.1p per ordinary share will be paid on 2 July 2024 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 17 May 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 16 May 2024.
The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP"). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 5.00p.m. (UK time) on 11 June 2024.
