Inchcape plc (the "Company") announces that on 11 September 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 105,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 631.9621 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 467,527,647 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
