Inchcape plc (the "Company") announces that on 16 September 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 90,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 621.6152 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 467,302,766 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
