Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 14 January 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 70,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 644.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 629.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 460,437,739 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
