Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 4 August 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 77,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 643.2177 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 456,027,843 ordinary shares in issue.
