Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 31 October 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 69,600 ordinary shares at an average price of 695.2562 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 451,551,551 ordinary shares in issue.
