Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 24 November 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 691.5969 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 450,433,351 ordinary shares in issue.
