Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 1 December 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 94,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 718.6142 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 450,064,151 ordinary shares in issue.
