Share repurchase programme update
Inchcape plc announces that the period for the implementation of its share buyback programme managed by Exane BNP Paribas to purchase shares with a value of up to £100 million (inclusive of applicable taxes, fees and costs) which was announced and commenced on 2 August 2021 has been extended from no later than 18 February 2022 to no later than 28 February 2022.
