Inchcape plc announces that Sarah Kuijlaars, Non-Executive Director, will step down as CFO of De Beers Group and as Non-Executive Director of Kumba Iron Ore Limited with effect from 1 October 2023. Both companies are subsidiaries of Anglo American plc.
Sarah remains Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Inchcape plc.
