In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Inchcape plc announces that Jane Kingston, Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board on 9 May 2024.
Byron Grote, Non-Executive Director, will replace Jane as Chair to the Company's Remuneration Committee with effect from 9 May 2024. Byron has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since he joined the Board.
