Prior to the triggering transaction, Mr Murphy held 17,976 ordinary shares directly.

He was also entitled to life interests in one third of the trust funds of each of the Doris Sinclair Will Trust and the W.D.I. Sinclair Grandchildren Settlement respectively (the "Trusts"). In total, these life interests accounted for an indirect holding of 99,167 ordinary shares.   

 

In this transaction, the 99,167 shares previously held subject to the terms of the Trusts have been transferred from Xavier Joseph Nicholas and Charles Lander Pike as trustees of the Trusts to Mr Murphy absolutely.
