Completion of Buyback programme

Elementis (LSE: ELM), a global specialty chemicals company, is pleased to announce that it has completed its share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 28 May 2025.

Over the duration of the programme, the Group purchased 24,578,253 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, at a total consideration of £39,999,998.92 and an average price of 162.7455p. Of the shares purchased, 23,026,118 shares were cancelled (representing c.4.15% of the Group's issued share capital), and 1,552,135 shares were held in Treasury and made available to meet the Group's share-based awards.
