NatWest Group plc ("NatWest Group") notes the announcement by Ocado Group plc ("Ocado") that Rick Haythornthwaite will not seek re-election to the Ocado Board at its AGM in May 2025 given his increasing commitment as Chair of NatWest Group.
The only other Board position that Rick holds is on the Board of the privately held AA Limited, of which he will now remain Chair.
