ROS AGRO PLC announces that the member of the Board of Directors has sold the Company's GDRs

ROS AGRO PLC ("Ros Agro" or the "Company") has been informed, that on December 07, 2022 Mr. Zhuravlev Yury Alexandrovich has concluded the sale of the Company shares in amount of 1,973,599 (one million nine hundred seventy-three thousand five hundred ninety-nine) shares representing 7.22% of the issued share capital, which constitutes 7.22% of voting rights in Ros Agro to LLC "ZIRKON-HOLDING", registered under the laws of the Russian Federation. As a result of this transaction, currently he does not hold any stake in the Company.
