BAE Systems plc announces the appointment of Anthony Clarke as Group Company Secretary with immediate effect. Mr Clarke succeeds David Parkes, who stepped down from his role earlier today following the conclusion of the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and retires from BAE Systems on 31 May 2024 after 38 years with the Company.
