The Company announces that it has today repurchased into Treasury 2,768 Ordinary shares at 400.1575 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,606,193 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares 53,800,082. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
