Greggs plc announces that it has been informed by Ms. Lynne Weedall that she will be stepping down from the Board of Treatt plc with effect from 17 September 2022.
The Company also notes that Stagecoach plc, of which Ms. Weedall is a non-executive director, will shortly be delisted.
This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(1).
