Greggs plc announces that it has been informed by Matt Davies that he will join the Board of Auto Trader Group plc as an independent non-executive director and Chair Designate with effect from 1st July 2023. Matt will become Chair of the Board and Nominations Committee following the close of Auto Trader Group plc's AGM on 14 September 2023.
