Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

 

 

The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares').

 

Vesting of Award

 

On 20 March 2020 the share-based awards granted by the Company on 20 March 2017 under the Derwent London Performance Share Plan 2014 (the 'Awards') vested and the PDMRs noted below acquired Shares in connection with the vesting of their Awards. On 20 March 2020, the PDMRs choose to sell a proportion of their vested Shares to discharge the relevant tax obligations, in all cases at an average price of £27.6143 per Share.
