Additional Listing

A block listing application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

Employee Share Option Plan 2018	75,000
Performance Share Plan 2023	125,000

Admission of the shares is expected on Thursday 14 March 2024. When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
