Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified on 19 April 2013 that following a share sale totalling 35,797 shares, in his capacity as Trustee, Richard Hunting's interest in the Hunting Family Trusts has reduced to 1,050,642 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.71% of the share capital. The average sale price of these shares was 835 pence.
