LLOYDS BANKING GROUP: NOTIFICATION UNDER LISTING RULE 9.6.14R

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Lloyds Banking Group plc ("Group") announces that Sarah Legg, an independent non-executive director of the Group, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Man Group plc, and as a member of its Audit and Risk Committee and its Nomination and Governance Committee, with effect from 10 May 2024 . Man Group plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
