RED realisation

Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC ("DENT") is pleased to announce that regulatory approval has now been granted for the realisation of RED.  RED is a provider of SAP contract and permanent staff. The investment in RED is held via DENT's interest in Dunedin Buyout Fund II LP.

At 30 June 2022 the investment in RED was valued at £23.7m.

Proceeds now received from the transaction amount to £24.1m, consisting of capital of £20.1m and income of £4.0m. 

The Board intends to announce a distribution to shareholders during October 2022.
