OPTIONS EXERCISED UNDER THE SPECTRIS PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN (THE "PSP") BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")

Spectris plc announces that, following the partial vesting of awards granted under the Spectris Performance Share Plan in March 2015, the following PDMRs have completed the exercise of options over ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company:
