In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, Spectris plc (the "Company") announces that, Nick Anderson has notified the Company that he has been appointed as a non-executive director of The Weir Group PLC ("Weir Group") with effect from 15 May 2024. Weir Group is listed on the London Stock Exchange. As previously announced, Nick Anderson will join the Board of Spectris plc as a non-executive director with effect from 1 June 2024.
