to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG about the following:
1. that on July 17, 2013 the voting interest of Norges Bank in BAUER
Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.18%
(equivalent to 544,299 shares).
2. that on July 17, 2013 the voting interest of the Ministry of Finance on
behalf of the State of Norway in BAUER AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 3.18% (equivalent to 544,299 shares). 3.18% of the voting
rights (equivalent to 544,299 shares) are attributable to the Ministry of
Finance on behalf of the State of Norway in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG because of its participation in Norges Bank.
