Europe’s leading accessory specialists in the field of Consumer Electronic,
Information Technology, Telecommunications and Access Technology.
Also in the second quarter of 2004 the Company enjoyed a favourable
development in Germany and its European markets. The reengineering of the
Companies processes resulted in a further remarkable increase in the Groups
overall profitability.
In the second quarter of 2004 the turnover exceeded budget by 25 % and is up
to 25,5 Mill. Euro. The turnover of the first half year closed at 53,5 Mio. Euro
which repre-sents a plus of 17 % to budget. So Vivanco Gruppe AG grew
for two consecutive quarters in the rather stagnating respectively declining
markets. The EBIT (Earnings before Interest and Taxes) showed for the second
quarter with 0,4 Mio. Euro an even higher plus of 138 % against budget. As
per the first half year the Company reached a positive EBIT of 2,0 Mill. Euro

For seasonal reasons, especially due to the summer vacation period in Europe,
Vivanco expects for the third quarter a slow down in sales growth rates.
However, Vivanco is convinced to reach a positive and better than budgeted
result on EBIT basis even in this low season quarter.
For the financial year 2004 Vivanco Gruppe AG assumes to achieve a higher
than budgeted turnover and significantly better than budgeted financial results.
In the meantime new innovative products were launched successfully
to the international markets. In addition the Company managed to expand its
