Vivanco Gruppe AG from now on excepts a negative EBITDA of EUR 3.0 to 4.0 million for the fiscal year 2006

While the managing board expects the consolidated turnover for 2006 to amount to about EUR 110 to 115 million the EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation) will be clearly negative (minus EUR 3.0 to 4.0 million), the gross margin having decreased due to a shift in sales to the promotion business (with rather low margins) and a reduction of surplus stock. Nevertheless, the company will be able to achieve significantly positive group results due to the profit contribution resulting from the successful completion of the financial restructuring in the first half of 2006 as planned.
