The SAYE Share Option Scheme is an all employee scheme operated for UK employees which was approved by shareholders in February 2005. The exercise price of options granted under the SAYE Share Option Scheme is 138 pence per Share and the options are exercisable at the end of a three year saving plan.

The ESPP is an all employee scheme operated for US employees which was approved by shareholders in February 2005. The exercise price of options granted under the ESPP is 147 pence per Share and the options are exercisable at the end of a one year saving plan.
