Paragon Banking Group PLC announces in accordance with LR 9.6.14(R) that Fiona Clutterbuck, Chairman, has been proposed to be appointed as an independent non-executive director of Sampo PLC ("Sampo") a Finnish listed financial services company.  A proposal for Fiona's election to the board of Sampo will be put to Sampo's Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 April 2019.
