The following information is disclosed further to the announcement of the appointment of Alison Morris as a Non-Executive Director of Paragon Banking Group PLC with effect from 26 March 2020, in compliance with the UKLA rules governing the appointment of directors.
There are no matters under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules to be disclosed.
At the time of appointment Alison Morris did not hold any beneficial interest in the Company.
