Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company"):

Additional Listing

A block listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 400,000 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the Company to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be issued under the rules of The Paragon Sharesave Plan 2019.

Admission is expected to be effective on 11 August 2022.
