In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that it has been notified that Neil Cooper, Non-executive Director on the Board of the Company, is due to leave William Hill PLC as Group Finance Director and become the Chief Financial Officer of Barratt Developments PLC on a date yet to be determined.
