Board Declaration
Pennon Group plc (the "Company") announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, that Loraine Woodhouse has notified the Company that she will be appointed to the Board of Associated British Foods plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 October 2024. Loraine will become a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees on appointment. It is also intended that Loraine will chair the Audit Committee from 24 April 2025.
