Board Retirement
Pennon Group plc announces that Claire Ighodaro CBE will retire from the Company's Board of Directors and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 31st December 2024. Plans are in place to appoint a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
