Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and their Closely Associated Persons

The Company has been notified by Sarah Legg, Non-Executive Director, of the transfer of her ordinary shares of 97 17/19 pence each in Severn Trent Plc to a new nominee CREST account for £nil consideration, with no change in beneficial ownership.  The resultant interest in shares remains 1,912 shares in the Company.
