Dividend declaration

The Company announces a dividend of 4.375 pence per share for the six-month period ending 31 December 2024 on the Company's 8 3/4% Cumulative Irredeemable Preference shares of £1. The dividend will be paid on 31 December 2024 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 29 November 2024.
