Declaration of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Board announces that the fourth interim dividend for the year ended 30 September 2025 of 5.9 pence per Ordinary share will be payable to shareholders on 16 January 2026. The dividend is payable to shareholders on the register on 12 December 2025 (ex-dividend date 11 December 2025).

This results in a total payment of 23.0 pence per share for the year ended 30 September 2025.
