Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons
The Company announces that it was today notified by Gerard Hoetmer, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, who is due to assume the role of Chairman on 15 May 2014, that he purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Shares") at a price of £2.13 per Share on 30 April 2014.
Following this transaction, Mr Hoetmer has a total interest in 30,000 Shares representing 0.018% of the issued share capital of the Company.
