Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons
The Company announces that it was today notified by Gerard Hoetmer, Chairman and a Director of the Company, that he today purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 272 pence per Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Hoetmer has a total interest in 45,000 Shares representing 0.027% of the issued share capital of the Company.
